Lesson 5 – War with the Beast (part 2)

Satan’s plan to obtain World Control

o   Satan (the angel of the abyss) will influence Russia to initiate the first nuclear attack against NATO countries.  A great number of people will be killed in this attack.

o   As a result of this violence caused by Satan, God throws him out of heaven and down to earth.  He becomes the direct influence of the leader that initiated the nuclear attack (current military analysis indicates Russia); Christians will know him as the antichrist.

o   Satan’s first appearance in Revelation is in Rev 9:1 and Rev 9:11-12 as the angel of the abyss.  He is also seen as the beast coming up out of the earth as leader of the Russian nation, Rev 13:11.

o   The Russian leader under Satan’s direct power will join the 10 King Beast and deceive the world into believing a World Government will bring peace to the earth.  He will blame religion (Christians and Jews) as the cause of the world nuclear war and remove or subdue 3 Kings from the Beast organization.

o   The antichrist will proceed to eliminate these religions by destroying the Roman Catholic Church in Europe (Rev 17 and 18) and pursuing another attack against Israel. Christian nations will rebel and protect Israel.

o   He will change the laws of freedom and require a mark on everyone’s forehead or right hand proving allegiance in order to buy and sell within the world Beast kingdoms (Rev. 13:16-17).

o   He will then make war (World War IV) with the Christian nations in his attempt to destroy Christians and Jews world wide.  This war (second woe) will culminate in the Middle East with the defeat of the Christian nations defending Israel.

o   Rev 11:7  And when they have finished their testimony, the beast that comes up out of the abyss will make war with them, and overcome them and kill them.

o   Rev 13:7  And it was given to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them; and authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation was given to him.

o   Dan 7:21  "I kept looking, and that horn was waging war with the saints and overpowering them

o   Dan 7:25  'And he will speak out against the Most High and wear down the saints of the Highest One, and he will intend to make alterations in times and in law; and they will be given into his hand for a time, times, and half a time.

o   Dan 12:7  And I heard the man dressed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, as he raised his right hand and his left toward heaven, and swore by Him who lives forever that it would be for a time, times, and half a time; and as soon as they finish shattering the power of the holy people, all these events will be completed.

o   He will gather the Kings of the East and world nations to Israel to battle Christ and His armies.

Lesson Five Summary

o   Satan plays an important role in End Time Events – Rev 12.

o   Satan and his angels are at war in heaven with Michael and his angels.

o   He is thrown down to earth 3 ½ years before Christ’s 2nd Coming.

o   He persecutes Israel and tries to destroy her with a flood of people.

o   He makes war with Christians nations defending Israel.

o   Satan will rule the Beast Kingdom through the body of a man we know as the Antichrist.  Current weapons capability indicates this leader is from Russia.

o   John describes the use of helicopters for riot control (they do not harm the men with the seal of God on their forehead).

o   The Antichrist will unite World Leaders and Russia into a powerful military kingdom that wants to bring peace to the world by eliminating Christians and Jews and their power to make war.

o   Specific animal symbols are used to describe the Beast Kingdom in Rev 13. Major members of the Beast kingdom appear to be:  European Union, Russia and possibly the United Kingdom.  The horns identify other world leaders.

o   Another major world war breaks out in the Middle East between the Beast Kingdom and the Christian Nations defending Israel.

o   John describes the use of tanks as the major weapon used in this war.
